| The objective for the Offline Ridership Modeling task was to develop ridership estimates for the project alternatives identified by the study (see Review of Alternatives). The ridership estimates were developed using ridership forecasting tools from the Federal Transit Administration’s (FTA) and the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT). |
